COVID-19 VACCINATIONS FACILITATE THE COUNTRY’S HOSTING OF 600 DELEGATE FORBES EVENT

Mass vaccination against COVID 19 has made it easy for government to finally host the Forbes 30 under 30 event in this country.
When speaking to YaronaFM news, Deputy Director- Government Communications, Osesenaqa Lekgoko said that COVID protocols will be followed by the participants and the attendants.
She said government expects the 600 delegates to have been fully vaccinated as per the regulations.
Lekgoko further said government will use the success of the event, to bid for other international events.
Botswana intends to bid to host the AFCON 2027 jointly with Namibia.
