PRESIDENTIAL CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW COMMISSION SET SKIP SOME VILLAGES

Chairperson of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Review of the Constitution of Botswana, Maruping Dibotelo says the Commission will not be able to cover all villages in the country due to time constraints as well as the geographical location of villages. Speaking this morning when the Commission addressed a kgotla meeting in Seronga before heading for Shakawe, Dibotelo highlighted that some of the constituencies are wide while some are characterized by tough terrains. The Commission has been mandated with getting the views of the general public on the constitution and is expected to submit a full report to President Mokgweetsi Masisi in September this year.
