Role Overview & Responsibilities

THG LABS offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 500 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome and Radstock, including a state-of-the-art laboratory and 98,000 square foot ever-developing manufacturing site.

We are now searching for a positive and pro-active Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join and lead our fast-paced Warehouse team in Radstock on a full-time basis.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 5.45am-2.45pm & 1.15pm-10.15pm

Salary: £31,812.30 per year (Currently subject to a review in April 2023)

Responsibilities

Assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment. Support the day-to-day management of people within the warehouse function, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures. Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse.

Requirements

Experience working in a similar role would be ideal but most importantly we are looking for:

· The ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload.

· A positive and flexible approach to new challenges

· Keen eye for detail and exceptional organisation skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to successfully manage small teams.

· Previous experience in a similar role

· Understanding of warehousing and manufacturing good practice i.e. GMP
