Full time Bartender

Role Overview & Responsibilities

You would be working in our Hotel Temple Bar. The role covers 5 shifts a week and shifts vary from 10-18, 15-23, 17-01. You will be looking after our guests serving drinks and food while maintaining a high standard of service. The role is a physical one and good rates of pay are given.

The hotel is now actively looking to recruit a F&B Assistant to join the busy Food & Beverage Teams - based in the Bar, Restaurant and Conference & Events teams. The ideal person will have experience as a Restaurant/Bar Attendant and is looking to move to the worldwide recognised brand of Hilton. The person will also be able to demonstrate great customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude and ensure customer expectations are proactively met with a high level of attention to detail.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Provide friendly service to the customer, maximising sales and complying with the legal and procedural requirements for all Food and Beverage departments.
