Treatment Coordinator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Stoke Bishop Dental Centre have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team

The role:

• To work closely with the patient and clinician to ensure they have an excellent treatment journey.
• Treatments include bonding, Invisalign, implants and restorative/health focussed.
• To use intuitive and adapt your consultations with the patient around their preferences, for instance some may be nervous, some may want detail and others want it simplified.
• Lead virtual consultations as needed
• Manage the full patient onboarding from being their initial point of contact through to signing their consents and post treatment follow up.
• Liaising with the dentists to ensure the patient is fully happy.
• Monthly, realistic targets are set around the patient journey to deliver the best care possible.

Skills required

· Experience in a dental practice, ideally nursing

· Personable, organised, motivated

· Proactive and able to ready to make the role their own.
