Dealership Parts Associate

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Santa Cruz Subaru is seeking an experienced Dealership Parts Counter person to provide excellent customer service to technicians and customers.

This is a full time position that works Tuesday through Saturday. Dealership experience preferred.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Promptly assist both retail guests and technicians in a friendly manner to obtain correct parts and accessories
• Answer telephone calls and emails promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the customer’s request
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information for invoicing
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct bin locations
• Maintain merchandising area to promote sales
• Delivery of parts as needed in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the job:

• Two year automotive parts or one year automotive dealership experience is preferred
• Ability to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization and follow up skills
• Some heavy lifting and bending
• Clean DMV record

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
