Role Overview & Responsibilities
Redwings Lodge is a small group of hotels in the Home Counties and Midlands. Redwings Lodge Dunstable is a 28 room hotel.
The shifts will cover 24/7 and flexibility is key
07.00-15.00, 15.00-22.00, 22.00-07.00
The successful applicant will have a flair for customer service with a 'can-do' attitude and a happy disposition.
Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage.
Duties of this position will include -
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Sell the hotel facilities
- Deal with problems and complaints fairly and speedily
- Pass damage or failure reports to management
- Cash handling
- Maintain reception records and paperwork in a tidy and prompt manner
The successful candidate will be personable with customer service experience, be friendly and helpful, be numerate and literate with good computer skills, have a good telephone manner and possess the desire to help our customers within a company structure.
The role is available to start immediately.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: Up to Β£10.45 per hour
