The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Regional Retail Manager to join our London teams, covering our wholesale sites in London and the South East. This is a multi-brand position where you will look after some of our core fragrance and beauty brands, including Carolina Herrera and Paco Rabanne.


What you´ll get to do

  • Ensure the delivery of sales, profitability, KPI goals and business objectives for your region
  • Support the development of product knowledge and sales techniques, to ensure exceptional customer service and upskill teams
  • Collaborate with account managers and marketing to identify opportunities to raise brand awareness to drive sales growth and grow client base
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity to share knowledge with the teams
  • Analyse sales reports and data to feedback successes to the business and maximise opportunities within your area
  • Develop key relationships with our retail partners

We´d love to meet you if you have

  • Experience within a multi-site role, with good knowledge of the beauty industry
  • Commerciality and proven history of driving sales and recruiting and leading high performing teams
  • The ability to analyse business performance and drive KPIs with a view to grow sales
  • Action orientated and able to distance manage effectively
  • Excellent service skills and make-up experience
  • A passion for developing key relationships, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
