Role Overview & Responsibilities

Retail Manager

• Plan and organise the operations of the business including liaising with staff, assigning tasks and monitoring and reviewing staff performance.
• Provide information about merchandise and special promotions.
• To ensure stock and adequate reserves of merchandise are held and that stock keeping is carried out efficiently.
• Deal with customer complaints and over-see the maintenance of the premises and other records and control security arrangements for the premises.
• Authorise payment for supplies received and decide on pricing and examine the quality of merchandise and ensures that effective use is made of advertising and display facilities.

Offered 10.75 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£10.75 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
