Role Overview & Responsibilities

CNC Programmer Setter Operator.

We are seeking to recruit experienced CNC Programmer Setter Operators for our machine shop based in Nottingham.

A long established Precision Engineering company that is a leading specialist in manufacturing precision components for many blue chip companies that include Aerospace Test specimens, Motorsport and Defence.

Due to an increasing order book we are looking to expand our production team.

So what are we looking for,

• Strong CNC background, backed up with a proven track record.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to program, set and operate CNC machines.
• Able to self-inspect your own parts.
• Have knowledge of working with various materials that include mild steel through to high temperature alloys.
• Quality conscious and confident working with tight tolerances.
