Role Overview & Responsibilities

About us

We are a well established shellfish processor based in Glasgow and we’re looking for Night ShiftFactory Operatives

Job Specification / main tasks:

· Packing fresh or frozen product / preparing pallet orders

· Fill out all relevant documentation for product intakes, packing details, and labelling

· Performing stock inventories

· Unloading & Loading Vehicles (use of hand pallet trucks and counter balanced forklift)

· Working in a team to tight deadlines

· Working independently

· For driving licence Holders: collection of products directly from the boats

Shifts on Offer:

5 Nights per week, Monday to Friday.

Shifts are generally between 7-10 hours long – depending activity and boats landings.

Person Specification:

· Team player

· Warehouse Experience Pref (Fully paid training given), driving licence and forklift counterbalance experienced would be beneficial

· Hard Working, proactive

· Willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time (first weeks in day shifts for training and evaluation, before starting night shifts).
