Supporting Senior Property manager with day-to-day administrative work

Booking inventory check ins, check out and cleans.

Carrying out Right to rent checks.

Ensuring property is ready for move in including all sets of keys required for the property available arranging for copied to be cut where required. Move in boxes ready for clerk collection.

Dealing with day-to-day property maintenance works, assigning contractors and ensuring both Landlord and Tenants are updated.

Registering new tenants for all utilities, requesting copies of bills when required.

Arranging and carrying out midterm property inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
