Senior Consultant Technology Consulting, Microsoft, Project Manager - D365FO

The opportunity
There is an opportunity within EY's Microsoft practise for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will provide a service to our clients based around the project delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform & its associated technologies. The opportunity involves working closely with customers and stakeholders, building relationships, along with trust & confidence within the service the project delivery team will provide, ultimately leading towards EY’s purpose of Building a better working world.

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Engagement Partner and PMO team, to help prepare, co-ordinate and deliver projects and packets of work, on time.
• Resource and project planning.
• Project communications with internal and external project teams.
• Managing project budgets.
• Client liaison.
• Timesheet, client invoicing, logistics and project administration.
• Take on general administrative tasks to support the project management operations activities.
• Client account management.

Skills and attributes for success

• Commercially aware with good business process understanding.
• Confident and professional in a client facing role.
• Willingness to travel UK wide, involving regular overnight stays.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to tracking projects against budgets.
• Working client facing experience of managing project teams through agreed phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customisation, testing, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle

Ideally, you’ll also have

• PRINCE2 Practitioner and or PRINCE2 Agile or Agile/Scrum master certification (active and within 5-year validity).
