Role Overview & Responsibilities

The high street office is becoming a thing of the past and is no longer needed to serve the client’s best interests, we enable our agents and clients with the most up-to-date software and App to provide an unrivaled modern customer service experience.

We provide our agents with the training and tools from day one that they require to be the best estate agent in their local areas whilst promoting a healthy life and work balance.Training is ongoing and is a mix of classroom, remote, and in the field, with agents with over 15 years of experience, we continually work with our agents to ensure success.

We welcome people from all walks of life who have the drive to succeed, no experience is necessary although a sales background will help.We provide;Full onboarding training with ongoing support including advice to get your business up and running remotely or from one of our offices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £12,622.18-£58,001.97 per year
