Maintenance Plumber?

Key Responsabiilities:

• Responsible for PPM and Reactive Maintenance on site
• Involved in extra works and project work
• To be part of an On-Call Rota
• Ensuring reliability of the Plant and associated mechanical systems on site
• To work to set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained
• Prompt and effective response to all reactive maintenance issues, and help desk requests
• Minor installation work

The Ideal Candidate will need:

• Experience in a similar environment ideally Commerical / Industrial sites
• Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices

Qualifications:

• Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ or Equivalent (recognised trade qualification).
• Qualified to work with Central heating, Water heaters, pipe work, Unvented hot water, HVAC systems in commerical settings
• Experience in pipefitting
• Experience and understanding of central heating controls
• PASMA/IPAF certified. (Desirable)
• Ability to Pass BPSS Clearance and be able to provide 5 years of working reference history

Salary: £34,290.41-£36,713.36 per year
