A prestigious US law firm in the City is looking to hire a new Legal Receptionist to join a fantastic team on a permanent basis in their new and stunning City based offices. The role is to work 35 hours a week, with rotating shifts of 8am to 4pm 9:30am to 5:30pm and 10am to 6pm. This firm is truly one of the world’s best law firms in both reputation and culture, and is looking to pay up to £36,000 with fantastic benefits.
Legal Receptionist responsibilities include:
• Providing excellent customer service to both external and internal clients • Greeting and welcoming clients, showing them to meeting rooms and offering beverages • Managing the electronic calendar for the conference rooms organisation • Maintaining readiness of meeting rooms • Liaising with IT, Facilities and Catering departments to ensure all other relevant equipment / lunches are set up before the commencement of each meeting • Setting up telephone and video conference calls, ensuring all audio-visual equipment is in working order • Liaising with travel company for any last minute flight / hotel bookings • Liaising with Catering, IT and Facilities departments, to ensure a seamless running of events • Answering and forwarding all incoming telephone calls to the switchboard • Informing building reception of any visitors by using the online visitors booking system
The successful Legal Receptionist must have previous legal or professional services front of house / reception experience, in addition to excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to deliver a 5-star service to both visiting and internal visitors.
