Front of house General Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated, experienced and energetic individuals to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time vacancies available for immediate start!
You will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service during a demanding and busy service, focusing on the customers experience.

We are looking for individuals who are able to work flexible hours, on a rolling rota (This does include weekends).

There will be opportunities to pick up extra if you wish, The rate of pay is Scottish Minimum wage. Which is £9.50 per hour.
The roles will be dishwashing, front of house support, general cleaning, serving and clearing tables.

To perform this job successfully, the applicants must be able to perform each essential duty to their best ability, and to a satisfactory standard.
Listed below are what we will be looking for in each individual. Experience would be preferred but is not essential as training will be provided if successful.

Must be over the age of 16.
To be Smiley, Polite, Approachable, with a positive and cheery manner.
Ensure to always be punctual and on time for shifts.
Be willing to work as part of a team or to work individually.
To provide excellent customer service.
Be prepared for fast paced, busy spells throughout the day. Jobs to get dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Manage opening up and closing duties, this includes restocking and cleaning.
To maintain a positive image for Touchdown at all times!

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
