Property Inventory Clerk

Role Overview & Responsibilities

L C Pearl Inventories is an Inventory company that carries out professional property inventory inspections and reports, Check ins/Check outs and Mid terms.

We are looking for a clerk who can cover ALL London postcodes.

We have a reputation for providing quick turnaround, highly detailed, accurate reports in a professional manner, this is our core value that we always adhere to. Great opportunity for a clerk who wants to pick their days. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days a week and weekend availability.

You will be travelling to bookings and meeting with agents, landlords and tenants to compile detailed inventory reports.

Although we provide ongoing support and guidance the ability to 'think on your feet' is an attribute our clerks must hold, you will also need to be a well experienced clerk, ready to take bookings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have at least 1 years’ experience compiling property inventory reports and inspecting properties.
• Possess excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to sometimes work to tight timescales.
• Fully IT literate and confident. (Have own Phone/Tablet to take high spec pictures)
• An excellent eye for detail.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Good time and self-management skills.
• Smartly dressed, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with important clients and partners in a professional and clear manner.
• Means to travel to jobs quickly at your own expense

• Freelance

Salary: Up to £400.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
