Spa Receptionist
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Join our forever growing team, we are looking for a receptionist!
The ideal candidate must be confident, organised and able to deal with the demands of a busy reception.
Applicants should have a strong customer service background, excellent telephone manner and a keen interest in the beauty and spa industry.
Your responsibilities will require you to:
1. Welcome clients – making them feel comfortable and looked after – communicating with them (verbal, phone and email) with a strong customer service attitude
2. Manage appointments efficiently and professionally
3. Collect payments for the services performed and products sold
4. Encourage clients to rebook - up-selling services, treatments and retail products
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
