Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a Franchised Motor Dealer Group, based in Sussex and Kent

Job description

• Ensuring all monies are banked on a daily basis in accordance with Company procedure and ensuring any Sales/Vehicle/Purchase/Nominal Ledger transfers are completed according to company procedure.
• Processing all relevant transactions including warranty credit notes and Sales Ledger invoices and ensuring payments are made in line with supplier’s terms
• Reconciling all individual purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements
• Undertaking all training and development to improve job-related skills
• Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all Retail personnel
• Providing the Financial Controller with necessary cashflow data
• Ensuring all work completed complies with JCB Group, manufacturer and industry guidelines
