Role Overview & Responsibilities

HS International Enterprise is looking for an experienced Security Officer to join our Security team. Our next Security needs to have proactive energy, a positive can-do attitude and friendly personality alongside all the other skills that makes you a top Security Officer.

Our Security Officers work as part of a multi-disciplined team who use the technology and training provided to make sure our safety processes are followed at all times.

All our security officer's are vetted to the highest standards, 5 years works history, 2 personal references x2 passport pictures, bank statements, x2 prove of address.

We are in regular contact with SIA and Home Office. every Security details are checked on our systems.

Responsibilities

• To maintain the security, safety and welfare of both employees and members alike.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our employees and to our members.
• Respond to security incidents within the site and prepare reports on such incidents.
• Attend and actively participate in daily meetings.
• Exhibit good judgement and discretion when dealing with members and support employees with situations.
• Monitoring and reviewing CCTV.

Skills

• Be smart and well presented at all times.
• Have a SIA Security Door supervisors license
• Must have a good understanding of security operations and procedures.
• Must have the ability to maintain professional self-control when dealing with uncommon and challenging circumstances.
• Computer skills are desired.
• You must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
• You should be focused on delivering excellent customer service to our employees and our members.
• You must have the ability to interact successfully at several social levels and across diverse values.
• Proficiency to carry out multiple assignments concurrently is desired.
• Capability to adapt to changes in the environment is desired.
