Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dynamic, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Garden Affairs is a fast growing company in an exciting sector and needs the right candidate to assume the running of all social channels and the maintenance all social media marketing.

The role will include working independently and also collaborating closely with colleagues; it will most likely suit an energetic graduate/young professional who can bring enthusiasm to brand building and who can make a positive impact through suggesting / implementing new marketing concepts and ideas.

Personal Specification

Previous experience within a marketing role - preferred

Strong written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail – essential

Basic photography and videography skills - preferred

Positive, eager to learn and proactive attitude – essential

Self-motivated and determined with a keen eye for the detail - essential

Solid organisational skills to be able to set deadlines and meeting them - essential

Problem-solving, creative-thinking skills and willing to take the initiative – essential

Real interest in social platforms - essential

Strong interpersonal skills, business savvy and professional - essential

Ideal Candidate

Diploma, Degree, or equivalent relevant experience in Digital and Social Media Marketing.

Experience in marketing, particularly digital marketing channels and websites, social media, printed marketing

Package & Benefits

Full Time - Permanent - circa £22,000 Per year dependent upon experience
