Front of House

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Front of house team at our established and newly refurbished Hotel.

Come and be the friendly face of Castle Hotel. Use your fun personality to welcome guests into our restaurant and hotel.

Duties

• Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
• Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys
• Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
• Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
• Responding to requests for help and information
• Providing concierge services, such as booking theatre tickets. arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions
• Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
• Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits

Immediate start, no experience needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £5.75-£10.45 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Llandovery, SA20 0AN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
