Role Overview & Responsibilities

What’s the role?

We’re looking for someone to join our Collections Team as a Collections Driver. You will be the face of the company, providing outstanding customer service, whilst meeting clients and acting in a respectable and professional manner.

This is a brilliant opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury, and to help grow a brand with international ambitions in a critical role on the front-line. You will be a calm, highly motivated and helpful person who enjoys interacting with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

What responsibilities can you expect?

• Driving a ZIP car or van daily to meet and greet clients to collect their luxury items.
• Safely collecting items by registering and photographing each item individually on our mobile app.
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers
• Providing assurance when required.
• Representing our brand and values at all times.

What skills and qualities do we require?

• Full UK driving licence.
• Happy to be travelling around Greater London and surrounding counties meeting clients on a daily basis.
• Highly trustworthy, reliable and punctual.
• Confident communicator who possesses a positive attitude towards collaboration
• Strong communication skills and able to effectively convey our brand image. A high standard of spoken English is essential.
• Autonomous in approach, competitive, hard-working and enthusiastic
• Outstanding work ethic and ability to consistently meet daily department goals.
• Excellent organisational & time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move boxes.
