Recovery Caseworker

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Recovery Caseworker will work across services to develop the whole family approach to recovery across The Haven services, establishing relevant links and partnership working.

You will oversee referrals for women who use substances into The Haven services and will develop processes for induction into services, working closely to ensure women’s needs are identified at point of referral, so that it can be engaged with quickly and effectively.

The position requires implementing and delivering a safe move and exit plan from services – the position involves working in both a refuge and community setting. As part of exit plan and move to community ensure suitable and safe housing

To work closely with the Refuge Services Manager to develop the whole family approach to mental health and wellbeing across The Haven services, establishing relevant links and partnership working to support in accommodation and in the wider community.
