Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Assistant to join its team at Ulster Museum Café based in Belfast.

Working Pattern:

• 20 hours per week.
• Tuesday to Sunday
• 09:00- 5:30
• Various Shift Patterns - Option to be Flexible

The Role:

• Ensuring the service achieves maximum efficiency, always achieving a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Till Operation
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Restocking Drinks and Confectionary
• Ensuring all HACCP, Food Safety and Health & Safety Legislation requirements are always adhered to.
• Ensuring tables and areas are kept clean and tidy

The Person:

• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Previous experience working in a hospitality role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with issues as they arise, and contribute in all areas of service
• The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
• To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity
• To ensure a safe environment
