Role Overview & Responsibilities

JOB TITLE: Cleaning Supervisor: Permanent Contract

LOCATION: BS1 6HG – University of Law

HOURS: Monday – Friday 6.30am-12.30pm

SALARY: £10.90 per hour – paid fortnightly

To undertake general cleaning duties to the prescribed standards as detailed in the site specification including:

• Cleaning in accord with the specification for site
• Clean all surfaces, fixtures and fittings
• Clean floors
• Clean kitchen/catering areas
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas
• Clean equipment after use
• Undertake special cleaning programmes during designated periods
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste
• Clean and maintain waste bins
• Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and productive working environment
• Refill and replace consumables
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures

· Must be reliable with good attention to detail.

Training:

§ Full training will be provided.

§ Cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bristol, BS1 6HG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
