Dental Receptionist Recruitment

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist to join our busy dental practice Castle Hill Clinic (Reading)

As a member of our committed supportive and long standing reception team we are looking for someone who will complete our team. Attitude and an interest in learning is more important to us than previous experience as a dental receptionist.

Our current team have all been with us more than 5 years, and all came from a non-dental background.

This role will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service to ensure that all patients have a pleasant and efficient experience from first to final contact with the Clinic.

Alongside our core services at Castle Hill Clinic, our partner practice – The Evergreen Dental Centre provides Sedation , Implant and Facial Aesthetics care as well.

We are welcoming applications from individuals with previous experience in customer service, medical or dental reception and/or dental nursing.

Your skills and experience

· Great communication skills face-to-face, and over the phone

· Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

· Confident in conversation to build relationships and overcome objections

· Ability to perform in a service-focused environment

· Highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organized

· Previous experience working in a customer facing role

· Ability to multi-task well

· Excellent spoken and written English skills

Job Type: Full time / Part time (26 – 34 hours Per Week), Permanent

Salary: Will depend on level of experience
