• You’ll be results driven and focused with a passion for ensuring everyone in your team hits their targets and earns great commission month in month out
• You’ll lead by example, so a proven track record in sales is a must
• You’ll motivate and energise your team to produce the best results through training, coaching and mentoring
• You’ll be confident and enjoy speaking to people on the phone
• You’ll be well organised, implement data monitoring to ensure results are met
• You’ll love a Friday pint to celebrate our success – we don’t mind if that's a pint of beer, lemonade, vodka or tea just as long as you come along (the boss even gives us an early Friday finish because we’re so good at what we do)

Salary: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
