As a Bio Bros Cargo Bike Rider, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our clients' goods while promoting sustainable urban transportation.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently navigate city streets on our cargo bikes, ensuring timely deliveries

Load and unload cargo, securing items properly to prevent damage during transit

Follow route and time schedules provided by the dispatch team

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients

Perform pre- and post-delivery checks on cargo bikes, reporting any maintenance issues or damages

Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Driving License Not necessary
- Prior experience as a bike courier, bike messenger, or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry light weight items
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong commitment to safety and eco-friendly practices
