Role Overview & Responsibilities

Social Media/ Content Creator The Social Media and Content Specialist will play a key role in developing Bella Ling Social Media presence, marketing strategy and content for the website. You will be instrumental in helping us build our brand awareness and reputation through social. Your job role will require you to produce engaging content, uploading and maintaining the schedule for all social media channels including Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook. You will also be a key part of our content writing team, producing copy for products, blogs, collection pages and social media. The position will require someone who is passionate about social media and growing a brand, whilst also have a strong eye for detail and be an excellent writer.

• Social media and content: *Planning, creating and scheduling social media content daily with an aim to generate high engagement and reach our target audience. We will need you to be the voice and face of the brand via social so this may include co-ordinating and conducting live shopping through our social channels *
• Influencer marketing: *Researching and contacting potential influencers that will help us to grow our brand and awareness buy promoting our products. This will require great communication and negotiating skills *
• Performance analysis: *monitoring and reporting regularly on the effectiveness of social media campaigns which will include audience reach, engagement and traffic to the website *
• Copywriting: *write engaging and on brand social media copy for all our social platforms. You will also need to write copy for products being uploaded to the site as well as blog posts and landing pages. This will require strong attention to detail and maintaining the brand tone of voice throughout.

*What’s important for us:

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience 1 year experience working in social media *
• An understanding of SEO best practice although not essential
• High level of attention to detail
• Experience using various social media platforms
• Excellent grammar, punctuations and written English
• Self-motivated with a can do attitude
• Stay ahead of social trends
• A passion for social media and growing a brand
