Role Overview & Responsibilities

This position offers a TRUE WORK-LIFE BALANCE. Work 40 hours a week with the option of overtime. Every Sunday OFF as the store is closed and Christmas Day, Boxing day and New year's day OFF every year. What more could You ask for?! Ruddington Fish Bar & Pizza is on the search to find a Chef that can work in teams of between 2-20 people to prepare and maintain the food quality and consistency standards that We have become so renowned for. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, and cooking products from Freshly made Pizzas, to secret recipe Fishcakes, homemade sauces and fresh salads and ALSO have the opportunity to develop a whole new kitchen in one of Nottingham's best known Fish & Chip takeaways. You will be required to work 5 days a week including Friday and Saturday, excluding Sunday and one week day and Your shifts will run from 14:00 am-22:00pm. You will need to have had experience in a High volume kitchen and busy working environment. The successful candidates will either live in or around the NG11 area of Nottingham or have alternative transport other than relying on public transport.
