Role Overview & Responsibilities

Balcomie Links Hotel is looking for a Chef to lead our young kitchen team. The position of Head Chef which would suit a current Sous Chef / Senior CDP seeking their first Head Chef position and keen to develop their management skills with our village hotel kitchen. We're interested in working with a Chef who understands the needs and appetites of our core customer base - who appreciate a gastro pub experience - but who is also keen to show their own creative flair in the form of specials.

You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management and staff training within your own department while working closely with the hotel manager and directors.

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
