- 18 month FTC (high likelihood of extension/becoming a permanent member of the team)
- Hybrid working (first 3 months- full time in the office. 3 days per week in the office after that)

Role Overview
Job purpose
The position requires close co-operation with all other Transfer In Team members, as well an interaction with other operational areas across the entire business and stakeholder departments to deliver a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
The Transfers In team member is required to report directly into the Transfers In team manager and support day-to-day activities such as (but not limited to):
- To ensure all client transfers In are dealt with promptly and accurately, including liaising with and building good working relationships with external third parties,
- Respond to queries from front office teams such as Investment Management & Client Services in a timely manner.
- Ensure all incoming queries from External Parties are monitored and responded to daily.
- Identify any weaknesses in internal controls and recommend potential improvements.
- Assist in the collation of MI relating to Transfers In functions, highlighting issues to the team manager upon exposure.
- Participate in, and contribute to, any ad-hoc project-related work where necessary.
Key Skills and Experience
- The role requires someone who is commercially aware & strategic in operational approach, with great planning, organisational and communication skills.
- There is a necessity to deliver a high performing, quality service that ensures consumer outcomes are core to delivery against key performance indicators, business goals and objectives.
- Working collaboratively with peers to drive consistency and cultural alignment with the brand.
- Previous experience in an Investment Operations role is desirable.
- Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to adapt conversation for external parties and to suit any level within the business.
- Preferable but not essential that the candidate would have strong Microsoft Office skills & experience, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- A positive can-do attitude, with a strong desire to deliver results.
- Comfortable to work as an individual as well as working well within a team.
- An ability to adapt to changes in process and the use of new systems.
Professional Qualifications and Education
- Holding, or being willing to study towards, the CISI ‘Investment Operations Certificate’ (IOC) would be desirable.

Salary: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
