WE ARE EXPANDING!

Due to the impending opening of our SALAZARS coffee bar we are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our exisiting Durham team.

For the right individuals we also have Supervisor roles available.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.

Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.

Job role includes:

- Preparing dishes and refreshments for customers both in store and via delivery platforms.

- Basic cooking/preparation tasks.

- Providing a high standard of customer service.

- Cash handling and Till procedures.

- Various restocking duties.

- Keeping Front and Back of House areas clean.

- Working as part of a Team to help create a smooth operation of service throughout the day.

- Securing unit and locking up at end of day.

- Running the bar/coffee shop on shift

Experience in the hospitality sector is prefered but not essential & all training is provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £6.50-£10.50 per hour
