Role Overview & Responsibilities

Your Quality Care Services are a well-established home care provider and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality care possible.

We are looking for motivated and caring individuals who share our ethos and want to make a real difference in the work that they undertake.

This role is specifically for our branch in Lime Tree Village, Dunchurch, Rugby; supporting our clients in a beautiful retirement village setting.

Tasks include but are not limited to;

• Domestic Support
• Shopping
• Meal Preparation
• Personal Care
• Accompanying to appointments
• Companionship/Activity Support
• Medication Support

Experience is not necessary as full, face to face, practical training will be provided and paid for.

Our staff are just as important to us as our clients, that's why we like to look after them with the following;

• Excellent rates of pay - £11.30 (weekday)-£12.55 (weekends) per hour
• Free Uniform - Tunics, Fleece, Waterproof Jacket, bag
• Fully funded face to face training which staff are paid to attend
• 20 days Annual Leave pro rata
• Paid Mileage
• Ongoing support and personal development
