Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for multitasking people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a real passion for food/wine and customer service. The most important thing is that you can work as part of a high performing team and have great communication skills to quickly build rapport with your colleagues and customers.

You bring the personality, we will teach you the skills.

We have both full and part time positions available, also with immediate starts.

Reports to

Pub Manager/Shift Manager

Main duties and responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times with the key aim of retaining customers and attracting new customers

• Ensure that all drinks and associated products are served and presented in accordance with Company standards

• Maintain product knowledge and be familiar with current promotions and any new products

• Adhere to the Company’s cash handling and stock control procedures

• Ensure that the bar, front of house and toilets are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines

• Adhere to the Company’s Uniform policy at all times when on duty

• Maintain a high level of attendance and time keeping in line with their rota

• Attend monthly staff meetings

• Adhere to all aspects of licensing law, trading standards, Customs and Excise regulations, food hygiene, health and safety and Company policy.

• Maintain continuous development of their personal knowledge and abilities by completing all workbooks and projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £7.00-£12.50 per hour
