Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading and unloading materials, operating tools and equipment, and cleaning and maintaining work areas. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols.
• Lift and carry heavy objects.
• Operate tools and machinery safely.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Work in a team environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Work in all weather conditions.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

Salary: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Swansea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)

Work Location: In person
