Role Overview & Responsibilities

At ADL we are committed to providing a high level service and environment for those residing with us suffering from age related issues and mental health problems. We provide an element of tranquillity and peace to residents in our homes nationwide.

We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs to keep our facilities tidy and functional.
Responsibilities include:

• Perform minor repairs
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
• Inspect and repair damage in the building
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22 per week

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Torquay, TQ1 3SJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
