Role Overview & Responsibilities

1 The Office Administrator will carry out all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office, which in turn supports all of the Company activities.

2 The Office Administrator shall be responsible to the Operations Manager. The Administration Assistant shall work with and provide services to the management team.

3 Reception duties, office post, telephone enquiries.

4 Arranging travel, meetings, appointments, etc.

5 Purchasing, contractor control, organising maintenance and repair.

6 Health and Safety - administration.

7 Human Resources, induction, appraisals, etc - administration.

8 ISO Quality Management System - administration.

9 Keeping records, files, personnel records, etc

10 Develop and maintain good relationships with fellow staff, managers and directors.

11 Undertake the necessary training to fulfil the main duties and skills set as required.

12 Undertake all other tasks, which may be necessary in achieving the overall goals and objectives of the organisation.

13 Follow all company policies as per company contract and staff handbook.
