An exciting opportunity has become available as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester for a busy and successful garage in Falmouth. Our client is RAC Approved & AA Certified, with PAS43 and ISO9001 accreditations. They have a long-standing reputation of delivering high quality service to their clients. Out client prides themselves on a strong workplace culture and working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of work, including MOT’s, servicing and general repairs to all types of vehicles. You will work in a forward-thinking environment using the latest diagnostic equipment in a very clean and modern workshop.

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum dependent on experience & qualifications

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. No weekends

While personality and fit are important for our client, ideal applicants will have some or all of the following experience:

• Full, clean UK driving license essential
• Experience as a time-served MOT technician
• MOT licence essential
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair
• Go beyond basic code reading, work independently, and meet business demand.
• Take pride in the quality of your work
• Reliable with a hardworking positive can do attitude
• Experience working on a variety of vehicle types including cars, vans and light commercial vehicles.
