Role Overview & Responsibilities

Nursery Nurse
We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Nurses to join our team at Willow Daycare, to work in particular for our Baby room, based at Glangwili Day Nursery, providing quality care for NHS employees and the surrounding local community.

If you are passionate about childcare and supporting the needs of their development then Willow Daycare will inspire you to be creative and release your inner child like imagination and creativity.

We are looking for Level 2 and 3 CCPLD Childcare qualifications. Welsh Language skills are desirable and would be an advantage.

Experience of the Early Years environment is essential, we care for children from birth to 7 years old. You will be responsible for the wellbeing and care of the children, monitoring development stages and most importantly enjoy playing alongside the children throughout the day.

The nursery is open from 6:15 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday. We have a number of shift patterns to offer candidates and we support a healthy work/life balance for our employees.

Uniform will be provided and protective equipment, Lateral flow tests are available a full COVID Risk Assessment is also regularly updated.

Education:

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Welsh (preferred)
