Here at Willing Care, we are seeking a_ Support Worker (_Residential Care)for one of our very established clients.

**Please note this service is unable to offer Tier 2 Sponsorship**

About the service:

This service provides specialist care to a small number of teenagers and adults who have life-limiting conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Support Worker (Residential Care):

  • Providing personal care such as toileting, washing and dressing
  • Providing emotional and mental health support
  • Keeping residents comfortable and assisting with manual handling
  • Observing and monitoring the well-being of patients, ensuring any changes are reported and documented accordingly
  • Updating care plans

Requirements for the Support Worker (Residential Care) role:

  • Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care is desirable
  • Previous care experience
