Application Support Specialist

Salary: Range £25k - £30k depending on experience.

Location: Otley West Yorkshire, this role will be a hybrid of office and home based

We are looking to recruit an experienced application support specialist to work within a small team supporting hospital image storage systems. This position would ideally suit somebody that thrives in a busy working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via email, meetings and telephone
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates
• Investigating, troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Monitoring and triaging incoming support tickets
• System upgrades
• Dealing with problems in an efficient manner

Experience

• Previous customer facing support skills
• Able to prioritise own workload
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office, SQL, HTML, XML, JSON, Apache Directory Services and

Postman

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
