Role Overview & Responsibilities

Here at Wild Recruitment we are genuinely excited to be working with a global Courier and Logistics company across the UK. We are recruiting for parcel and letter delivery operatives for our client based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Contract Type – Temporary ongoing 8 weeks initially

Hours – Start and finish between 7AM - 7PM.
Working days between Monday to Sunday 6 days a week. Flexibility and weekend availability is essential for this role!

About you: You are the face of our client so we are looking for someone who is:

• Helpful and friendly and looking for a long-term career in an ambitious and growing company.
• A positive person with good people skills, presentable in appearance and has a strong work ethic.
• It is important that you’re able to carry and walk with multiple parcels over long distances.
• You must go the extra mile for client and your customers as you have full responsibility in ensuring you deliver everything from birthday presents to vital business information.
• Prior experience doing deliveries or courier work is preferred but not essential.

Successful candidates will have a full clean UK Manual driving license, held for minimum of 1 year (less than 6 points will be considered).

Suitable candidates will be subject to a security vetting process and DBS Checks

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months
