Role Overview & Responsibilities

At Whittlebury Park we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic staff to join our Bar team here at Whittlebury Park Hotel.

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

Salary:

£10.50 - £11 p/hr + Service charge (depending on experience - Over 23's)

£10 - £10.18 p/hr + Service charge (depending on experience - 22 & under)

100% of service charge is shared amongst the team.

What will you do?

As a member of Bar staff in our Food & Beverage team, you will:

• You will be knowledgeable about drinks and be confident in providing guests with the correct drink choice.
• Provide a high standard of service to all our guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the bar.
• Maximise guest experience with your knowledge of our offerings

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given if you have the passion and enthusiasm for working in the bar.

Your areas of work will cover our Atrium Bar- popular with our golfers and sporting guests, our Silverstone bar serving our hotel guests, conference guests and restaurant guests and our function bars when we have weddings, special events and tribute nights.

The hours of work will vary and can include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
