Tailor's assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an all rounder experienced in tailoring, hand sewing and machining to join our team.

You will work under our Head Tailor and our Production Manager to produce tailored garments. Tailoring experience essential. Training on the specific garments manufactured will be given.

We are a friendly family business based near Westminster Abbey specialising in ecclesiastical clothing. We are a young, fun fast-growing team producing a wide variety of garments. There will be opportunities for further training and progression. Work is undertaken in our London workroom.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 year’s experience
- Must understand spoken English
- Quick to learn new garments
- Accurate and fast
- Hardworking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• LONDON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
