Vehicle Dismantler

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to dismantle and remove parts from vehicles for resale to both trade and retail customers.

Duties include:

The dismantling and removing of vehicle parts in a professional manner

Sorting, labelling and storing parts in a safe and efficient manner

Ensuring that all jobs are completed within the estimated time frame

Complying with all health and safety procedures

Key Skills:

Good vehicle/mechanical knowledge is essential

Good knowledge and experience of using tools, power tools and equipment

Ability to work as part of a small team

Good communication skills

Ability to follow instructions

Desirable criteria:

Previous forklift training is desirable but not essential as training will be given

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

• City & Guilds Automotive (preferred)
• Driving Licence (required)
