Claims Handler

Volvo Trucks Warwick – Hybrid Working

8am-4pm Monday- Friday

Working for the Volvo UK Head office, you will be responsible for analysing claim quality for our Volvo Truck Dealerships.

A structured training plan will be tailored to the individual.

THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES

We administer Volvo Truck Warranty and Contract claims for the UK and Ireland. The team are based at our Warwick head office and have a substantial period of service between them. The team are friendly and welcoming, lending their knowledge and support to newcomers and long-time colleagues alike.

Your responsibilities will include -

· To provide a professional service & support to our dealers in assessing claims

· Providing claim handling & support predominantly through internal systems and email

· Utilising different in-house systems, in conjunction with Microsoft office

· Validate claims in line with policy terms and conditions

· Auditing the accuracy of the parts and labour claimed. Referring to Technical Managers where required

· You will be a self-motivated individual with the initiative to seek out answers

· You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills being able to work effectively and systematically to meet tight deadlines

· You will demonstrate a high attention to detail and the ability to gather accurate information

· The ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
