Role Overview & Responsibilities

ABOUT VIVIEN SHERIFF - We are an award-winning British luxury brand designing and manufacturing millinery, both wholesale and retail, national and international. Our small but highly dynamic team operates from rural studios located in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, close to historic Salisbury and the New Forest.

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to look after the finance functions of the business.

10-12 hours per week over 2 days, £14-£16/hr depending on experience. Immediate start.

Duties include basic bookkeeping to month end preparation - bank recs, invoicing, credit control, purchase ledger, Payroll, VAT returns, monthly management accounts, compile budgets/forecasts,etc.

Excellent knowledge of Xero; good communication skills; fluent written and spoken English are all essential. Must be able to follow instructions, pay attention to detail and work independently.
